Q. How do I book a bin?

A.  Please call our office on (08) 9246 1688 and speak to one of our friendly office staff. You can also request a call back via our online enquiry form.

Q. How long can I keep the bin for?

A. For domestic customers 7 days from the date of delivery (bin can be picked up anytime within this time. Call our office to arrange this service)

Q. How much does a bin cost?

A.  The cost of the skip bin hire will vary between sizes. Please call our office (08) 9246 1688 or enquire online for a quote today.

Q. How much does a skip bin hold?

A.  Refer to our ‘Bin Sizes’ page for size conversion. If you’re still unsure call our office staff on (08) 9246 1688.

Q. How Do I pay for my skip bin?

A.  Paying via credit card over the phone at time of booking is preferred, or if you would like to do a bank transfer please advise our office upon booking.

Q. How much can I put in the bin?

A. Bins can be filled to the top of bin but not overloaded as we are unable to transfer them due to road traffic laws. Ring our office if you require further advice on this matter (08) 9246 1688

Q. Can I move the skip bin around my property?

A. No. This is to ensure the driver can remove the bin a safely as possible minimising any risk of damage to the property. Whilst we endeavour to place this bin in your desired location, the driver will place the bin at his discretion to allow safe collection of the bin

Q. How much notice do you require before the delivery of a bin?

A.  We will do our best to deliver your bin in express time, however to it is best to order your bin at least 24 hours prior to its delivery date.

Q. What isn’t allowed to be placed in the bin?

  • No Asbestos or Super Six Fencing
  • No tyres
  • No hazardous products (liquid, oils, fuel, car parts etc)
  • No batteries

A.  We accept mixed bins (green waste & household) however we ask that the green waste is placed on top and not mixed in for easy removal.

Q. Do I need a permit?

A.  Permit requirements vary between local councils. Express Bins does not organise or assist in getting these permits. Please contact your local council for further information on this matter.
